After we discuss your vision, your invoice and contract will be sent via email. Paying your non-refundable retainer secures your date and services. Your contract will discuss all logistics.
All dates are first-come, first-served based on retainer being paid.
Our breakdown service includes the removal of all decor items we provided. If we moved any tables or chairs from a storage area, we’ll return them to their original place. Everything we brought in, we take back with us.
Please note that we do not remove food, drinks, or personal items from tables—these should be cleared before our team arrives for breakdown. We also do not handle trash removal, sweeping, or mopping.
If you need additional cleanup services, they can be added for a fee based on your guest count. However, this must be arranged and added to your invoice before your final payment is made. We do not accept same-day or “day-of” cleanup requests, as extra staff must be scheduled in advance.
